Hoseogchon

Hoseokchon is a restaurant near Suseo Station in Seoul that serves sundae guk and suyuk. The sundae guk comes with dadegi mixed in by default, along with dangmyeon sundae and offal such as head meat and lungs. The broth is boiled for a long time, making it thick and rich, and kkakdugi and onion are served as basic side dishes. The suyuk is cold and has a texture like pyeonyuk.
