Sutbul Seonghwa

Sutbul Seonghwa is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Seokchon Station in Songpa-gu, Seoul, where aged beef is grilled over charcoal. The Seonghwa Modeum set brings snowflake beef, cubed boneless short rib, and wine-marinated flank steak at once, and staff grill the first round at the table. The space has private rooms and partitioned seating, and the drink list includes whisky, wine, and champagne. At dinner time a wait forms, so sitting down right away is difficult.
