Wijingshen

Wijing Shen is a Sichuan restaurant in Nonhyeon-dong that serves malaxiangguo, malatang, and guobaorou, and it sits on the second floor inside the Nonhyeon-dong food alley. The malaxiangguo and wonton combination is a signature order, fried rice is eaten with the xiangguo, and malalongxia is eaten whole. For malatang, instead of choosing a single serving, diners pick ingredients themselves and order by weight, and the owner explains the dishes in detail. The mala aroma is strong and the numbing taste is intense, which makes it difficult for beginners.
