Paldang

Paldang Jokbal is a jokbal and bossam restaurant near Gangnam-gu Office Station in Seoul. It serves half-and-half jokbal and a bossam set with makguksu noodles and kimchi sujebi, and offers both regular and spicy jokbal. A bowl of spicy kimchi sujebi comes with every jokbal order, along with spicy kimchi and pa kimchi as tasting dishes. The jokbal is tender with no gamey smell, and the skin is chewy.
