Gim Susa is a Korean-style Japanese restaurant at the entrance of Sinsa-dong that serves sashimi and sushi courses. The course moves through white fish, blue-backed fish, shrimp, uni, and eel, and anago tendon is also offered as a meal. It has been run by two generations since 1986, and a second building behind the main one allows dining in separate rooms. In the rooms, the sushi is served all at once, leaving the last pieces dry.
