Washu Dining Shuto is a Japanese dining spot in Seoul, a three-minute walk from Hakdong Station. Instead of a sashimi-only lineup, the course brings dishes in sequence, including mackerel, eggplant, geruchi, tomato soup, and ma dishes, paired with sake and a range of Japanese alcohol. Reservations are made through CatchTable, and seats can be chosen among the bar, tables, or a room, with the bar lit dimly so only the food counter is bright. The basic course is on the small side.
