Dwaeji Yeonguso

Pig Research Institute is a grill house in Nonhyeon, Seoul, that cooks specialty cuts of pork over charcoal. It serves kkodeul-sal, huin-sal, ppol-sal, cuts with skin attached, and premium pork skin, with naengmyeon (cold noodles) available after the meat. The small dining room has few tables, so a wait is common, and sitting by the window puts you in the view of waiting customers. The space is cramped and loud, so a relaxed meal is hard to expect.
