Southwark Cathedral is an old Gothic Anglican cathedral on the south side of the Thames near Borough Market in London. Inside are stained glass, a garden, and a statue of Shakespeare, and on Sundays at 3 p.m. the choir is often present. Entry is free, toilets are available, and evening prayer with singing can be heard. It is smaller than St Paul's Cathedral.
