The Mahatma Gandhi statue stands in Parliament Square in Westminster, across from Big Ben and the Palace of Westminster. The sculpture shows Gandhi in the simple clothes and sandals he wore. It is a work by sculptor Philip Jackson, unveiled in 2015, and Big Ben can be framed together with it from the front. Parliament Square also holds statues of Winston Churchill and Nelson Mandela.
