Dongap

Don Gap is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Kyungsung University in Busan that grills raw pork ribs, raw pork collar, and marinated ribs over charcoal. The pork collar is grilled whole on the outside first, then cut into long strips and cooked through, and the ribs are served on top of kimchi noodles. The store has a large, unusual layout divided into several sections with floor seating, and it also sells coffee and wine. The charcoal and the amount of charcoal can be adjusted to grill the raw ribs well, but customers grill the meat themselves.
