Sintongyeong Hoetjip

Sintongyeong Hoetjip is a hoe restaurant in Daeyeon-dong, near Kyungsung University and Pukyong National University in Busan, serving live-fish hoe and seasonal seafood. Its menu covers assorted hoe with flounder, flatfish and milchi, plus raw shrimp hoe and spring jjukkumi and mideodeok hoe. Fish is trimmed to order and served with side dishes including conch, chicken gizzard, dakgangjeong, steamed egg, fried sweet potato and jeon, along with maeuntang. The raw shrimp hoe comes with fried shrimp heads.
