Choramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant on the edge of the Konkuk University Station commercial district in Hwayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. It serves tori paitan and mazesoba. The tori paitan comes with a thick, rich broth made from chicken, chicken bones, and pork bones, topped with sous-vide chicken, chashu, and a soft-boiled egg. The mazesoba mixes egg yolk, meat, garlic, chives, scallions, pepper, and soy sauce, and can be eaten with kelp vinegar or mixed with rice.
