Hoya is a sushi restaurant that has held its spot in the Konkuk University commercial district for over 20 years. The hoe is cut thicker than at typical sushi places, and the signature salmon sushi is aged and served soft. The shop moved to a larger space, but even when a wait forms on weekends, the turnover is fast and your turn comes quickly. The dining room is loud, and the seating gaps and tables are narrow.
