BON BONHEUR

Bonbonuru is a French dessert cafe run by La Maison Shirogane and Sébastien Bouillet, located on the fourth floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi and directly connected to Ginza Station. The afternoon tea set includes petits fours, sandwiches, French delicacies, and drink refills, and seasonal desserts are finished with liquid nitrogen. Walk-ins enter their party size on a tablet at the entrance and wait; one case was seated in 10 minutes, another waited about 30 minutes. Popular cakes and display-case desserts can sell out in the afternoon.
