Bongen Coffee Tokyo Ginza is a takeout coffee shop in a Ginza alley that sells the Bongen Latte and drip coffee. The Bongen Latte combines strong coffee with milk, and Americano and matcha latte are also available. On weekends the wait is long, and even on Mondays it runs 30 minutes, with coffee sometimes taking over an hour to come out after ordering. The shop is small with few seats, so it is hard to drink slowly.
