Pang Maison Ginza is a bakery in Ginza selling salt bread and melon salt bread. The basic salt bread is plain and chewy, with butter aroma when warm, and truffle salt bread and apple pie are also available. Entry is by registering for remote waiting via a QR code at the entrance and receiving a turn number, and there is a space inside where about four people can stand and eat. The bread becomes tough when cold, so it should be eaten right away.
