WOOGA is a Korean beef restaurant in Sinsa-dong that serves aged hanwoo and yukhoe bibimbap. At lunch, the yukhoe bibimbap comes with the surface of the raw beef briefly seared with a torch, and gukbap and bulgogi set meals are also on the menu. The aged beef centers on well-marbled deungsim, and the yukhoe has a thin, soft texture. Deungsim is fatty, so eating a lot of it quickly becomes greasy.
