Mutan is a Chinese restaurant in COEX at Samseong Station that serves fusion Chinese dishes. Its truffle jjajangmyeon combines a rich sauce with a subtle truffle aroma, and the menbosha comes with a crisp exterior and springy shrimp. There are private seats and two-person and three-person courses, the initial wait is short, and food arrives quickly after ordering. Menu prices are on the high side.
