Grand Kitchen is a hotel buffet at Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Samseong-dong, near COEX, serving seafood, meat, and desserts. The spread centers on raw tuna, sea bream hoe, snow crab, lobster, and lamb chops, alongside Korean, Chinese, and dim sum dishes. Reservations are effectively required, and weekend bookings are needed two to three weeks in advance. Parking is provided for four hours, and the number of dishes is smaller than at other luxury hotel buffets.
