Dolsan Deungdaejip

Dolsan Deungdae Jip is a restaurant near Seolleung Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving gatkimchi deunggalbi jjim, buljjukkumi, and ppasak ojingeo twigim jeon. The savory gatkimchi soaks into the soft deunggalbi, and the buljjukkumi gets its heat from gochu and huccu. The dining room is large with many seats, so lunch diners and hoesik groups both come here. The deunggalbi is soft enough that the meat slides off the bone at the touch of tongs.
