Sushi Hiroaki

Sushi Hiroaki is a sushi omakase restaurant in Seoul that serves sushi and hoe as a course. The first lunch seating brings 20 dishes, and for the final sushi you choose the type you want. The chef cooks in front of you and asks about the amount of rice and wasabi for each piece, and tea and tsukemono are brought out as soon as you ask. The food is seasoned on the strong side.
