Hanmiok

Hanmiok Cheongdam Main Branch is a restaurant in Cheongdam, Seoul, serving Korean beef dishes including chadol gujeolpan. Chadol gujeolpan is assembled in one bowl by layering meat, scallops, vegetables, kimchi, and bean sprouts in order. Hanmiok is the place that first created chadol gujeolpan, and staff torch the meat and finish a steamed egg dish in the center that appears to contain butter and milk. Service is inconsistent.
