Ttungbo Naengmyeon

Ttungbo Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in Ssangmun-dong, Seoul, that serves mul naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon and mandu. The mul naengmyeon is an old-style version topped with crushed ice and julienned cucumber, while the bibim naengmyeon comes with a sweet-and-spicy sauce. The noodles are smooth and chewy without being tough, and the broth is a mild dongchimi base. Naengmyeon is available in winter, and waits are not long in summer.
