Olae Cheolpan Gopchang

Ollae Cheolpan Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant near Banghak Station in Seoul that serves pork gopchang, makchang, and sundae gopchang on iron griddles and grill pans. The al gopchang is stir-fried on an iron griddle, while the raw makchang is par-cooked and then grilled until crisp on a grill pan. For the cheese gopchang, staff sprinkle cheese at the table and finish it with a torch to add a charred aroma. The restaurant also has outdoor seating.
