Musuok

Musuok is a long-standing seolleongtang restaurant in the Dobong area of Seoul, serving seolleongtang and yukhoe bibimbap made with Korean beef cow. The seolleongtang has a relatively clear, light broth with plenty of somyeon noodles and scallions, and the yukhoe bibimbap uses raw Korean beef. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, it also sells naejangtang. Three side dishes — saengchae, kkakdugi, and baechu kimchi — are served by taking them from the table yourself, and the seolleongtang has no special menu.
