Jeong-Gane

Jeonggane is a meat restaurant near Changdong Station Exit 2 in Seoul that serves jikhwa bulgogi and hwadeok samgyeopsal. The hwadeok samgyeopsal is seared first in a 650-degree oven, then finished on a table grill, while the jikhwa bulgogi comes with a spicy version and a soy-sauce one with bean sprouts. The location close to Changdong Station makes it easy to reach, and the meat seared in the oven is finished on the grill at the table. On Saturday evenings the restaurant has many customers.
