Myeonjang Udon

Myeonjang Udon is near Ssangmun Station in Seoul and makes its udon noodles in-house. The thick, chewy noodles are served in warm udon and cold udon, and the bukkake comes with shrimp tempura or fish cake tempura and an egg. Ordered dishes take about 9 to 15 minutes to arrive, and extra noodles can be added. The space is small, so there is often a wait during meal times.
