Alto Tritone

Alto Tritone is a handmade fresh-pasta Italian restaurant run by a father and son, located outside Umeda Sky Building. The father makes 2mm fresh noodles himself and serves dishes such as lemon pasta and carbonara. In the four-table space, the noodle-making process is shown beside the tables. The pasta has little sauce and a small portion.
