Paldo Odolppyeo

Paldodo Odolppyeo is an indoor pocha in Yeonsan-dong, Busan, that grills odolppyeo and chicken feet over charcoal. The thinly sliced odolppyeo comes with meat attached and is eaten with cabbage and doenjang. The odolppyeo and chicken feet are pre-grilled on the charcoal, a practice of an old noppo that keeps the old flavor. Stir-fried squid and honghap-tang are often ordered as second-round anju.
