Mijin Chuksan

Mijin Chuksan is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Yeonsan-dong, near Busan City Hall, where diners grill pork and beef at their table. The menu includes samgyeopsal (pork belly), Iberico pork collar, and cuts such as moseori, kkodeulsal, and pork skin, served as a family set. The meat is thick and free of gamey smell, and diners cook it themselves on the grill. The restaurant also serves rice dishes including kimchi stew and chadol doenjang stew.
