Dosim Sok Bada

Dosimsokbada is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant in the middle of Yeonsan-dong, Busan, cutting yellowtail and assorted hoe (raw fish platter) into thick slices. Seasonal hoe comes with unlimited self-serve sushi and maeuntang (spicy fish stew). Each plate of hoe is labeled by type, and steamed egg and jeongguji-jeon come out by default. Tables are in demand, so waiting is handled through Tableing, and reservations are not taken.
