Baedoni

Baedoni is a roadside meat restaurant near Busan City Hall serving Jeju black pork and aged pork. Thick-cut pork collar and samgyeopsal (pork belly) are grilled over briquettes, with staff cooking the meat at the table. The meat is served uncooked and retains plenty of juice after grilling, but it takes time to cook. The price is high compared with the taste.
