Simseongje Mandu

Simseongje Mandu is a handmade dumpling shop in the commercial wing of Yeonsan The Sharp in Busan, selling meat mandu and kimchi mandu. The dumplings are steamed to order and served hot, both kinds are lightly seasoned, and the wrappers are chewy. The meat mandu has no gamy smell, and the savory flavor of the filling comes out more with each chew. The menu has only two items: meat mandu and kimchi mandu.
