Chaejeon Halmae Kalguksu is a kalguksu restaurant near Tokgok in Yeonsan-dong, Busan, serving kalguksu and bibim kalguksu. The mul kalguksu uses a rich anchovy broth topped with onion dadegi and frying flour, and the noodles come in small, medium, or large sizes. At lunch there is a wait even at 11 a.m., and on weekdays after 1 p.m. people have entered without waiting. The restaurant is inside an alley, so parking nearby is inconvenient.
