Pohang Hoegwan is near Yeonsan Station and serves Pohang-style bibim mulhoe, raw fish and cucumber tossed in seasoning and eaten as a wrap. You wrap the tossed mulhoe and vegetables in lettuce or perilla leaf, then mix rice into the remaining seasoning. Each order is made fresh, and the mulhoe usually takes around an hour to arrive. Waiting times at lunch often exceed one hour, though arriving around 11 a.m. or 2:30 p.m. has avoided the queue.
