Jinseong Eel Grill

Jinseong Jangeo Gui is an eel grill restaurant at the entrance of Geoje Market in Busan. Each order comes with both yangnyeom gui and salt-grilled eel, and the head and bones are grilled as well. The eel is grilled outside the shop and then set on the table, with side dishes served alongside. Additional orders are not accepted for the same table, so a new order must be placed if the portion is not enough.
