It serves tori paitan ramen and tsukemen, and its signature tori paitan soba comes with a rich, creamy chicken broth, medium-thick noodles, and soft chicken chashu. Grated ginger and fried onions can be added midway through the broth to change the flavor, and the kettle broth can be added if it is too salty. The chicken broth is rich and salty, so it may not suit those looking for a light ramen.
