Gyukatsu Iroha

Gyukatsu Iroha is a Japanese restaurant in Ikebukuro that serves gyukatsu set meals. The gyukatsu arrives blue rare, and diners grill it themselves on a personal stove, eating it with four sauces, wasabi, and salt. The shop is small, so waits of 15 to 40 minutes form at lunchtime and on weekends. Rice is refilled once.
