Haidilao

Haidi Lao in Tokyo serves Chinese-style hot pot, where diners choose a broth and then pick meats and dumplings. After selecting a broth, they make a sauce at the sauce bar and order meats and dumplings. While waiting, guests receive snacks, tea, and fruit, and during events can watch a face-changing performance or hand-pulled noodle show. Staff sometimes speak Chinese first, and food names on the tablet remain in Chinese.
