Triple Bones is a gukbap restaurant in Munjeong-dong, Seoul, that boils beef, pork, and chicken bones together for its broth. Rice and toppings are placed in a ttukbaegi and the broth is poured in separately to finish the dish. The naengjeyuk is sliced thin and served with jangajji. The broth is thick, and the smoky aroma from the gukbap lingers to the end.
