Ros Ros is a meat restaurant in Bangi-dong, Seoul, that serves low-temperature aged pork loin grilled at the table. The mixed platter, which includes pork collar, is sliced thin so it cooks quickly, and ramen in chaeksu water comes with it. Staff grill the meat and explain it at first, but after that you grill it yourself, so you have to keep watching the thin slices. Ventilation is poor and smoke hangs thick in the room.
