Puchen is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves meat jjamppong, ganjjajang, and seafood jjamppong. The meat jjamppong comes in a ttukbaegi with plenty of meat and a thick broth, and the ganjjajang is topped with a Busan-style fried egg. The noodles are thin, the meat jjamppong is about as spicy as Shin Ramyun, and the fried rice is fluffy with a smoky wok flavor. At lunch, food tends to come out slowly.
