Heosimtanhoe

Heosimtanhoe is a small raw fish restaurant near Helio City in Seoul that serves hoe muchim made with fresh and aged raw fish. The hoe muchim comes with seasoned vegetables and flying fish roe, and is eaten wrapped in a perilla leaf, while ordering heosimtanhoe brings both aged raw fish and hoe muchim together. The owner decides the composition based on the fish that came in that day, and a wait forms on weekday evenings between 6:30 and 7. The restroom is unisex and located half a floor up, which is inconvenient.
