Towangseong Falls

Towangseongpokpo is a waterfall on the trail that climbs from Sogongwon in Seoraksan National Park along the Biryongpokpo path. Past Biryongpokpo, more stairs lead to an observation deck, where the water falls a total of 320 m, in sections of 150 m at the top, 80 m in the middle, and 90 m at the bottom. After rain, the volume increases and the stream of water looks stronger. The stairs continuing up to the observation deck are steep, making the climb difficult.
