Seoraksan Cable Car

The Seoraksan Cable Car in Sokcho carries passengers from the base of Seoraksan up to Gwongeumseong. The ride takes a short time and offers views of Ulsanbawi on the opposite side. From the upper boarding station, a walk of about ten minutes to Gwongeumseong leads to views toward the East Sea and in the direction of Seoul. Waiting times run from 50 minutes to about an hour because of the crowds.
