Gaetbae Dock (Abai Village)

Gaetbae Seonchakjang in Sokcho is a small barge dock that connects Abai Village and Jungang Market. People pull a wire rope by hand to move the boat across the water. The crossing covers a waterway of about 50 meters at the mouth of Cheongcho Lake and takes 2 to 3 minutes. On the Abai Village side, there is little to see besides restaurants.
