Pinodia Expo Tower is an observation deck near Cheongcho Lake in Sokcho. From the 15th floor, visitors can see Sokcho's city area, Cheongcho Lake, the sea, and Seoraksan in a 360-degree view, and there is a cafe. The elevator goes up to the 15th floor, and the floors visitors can use are the 1st and 15th. There is little to see besides the observation deck, so it is difficult to stay long.
