Sillimjeong

Sinlimjeong is a beef restaurant in Seoul that serves raw hanwoo, kkotdeungsim, and galbisal. A typical meal starts with yukhoe and yuksasimi, moves on to grilled kkotdeungsim, and ends with barley gulbi and rice cooked in green tea water. Cattle slaughtered in Gwangju, Jeonnam are shipped directly to Seoul for the yuksasimi, and the meal comes with kongnamul guk made with seonji and Jeolla-style jeotgal side dishes. Prices are high.
