Ttukkeobi Deungsim Gui

Ttukkeobi Deungsim Gui is a long-established meat restaurant in Busan. Despite the "deungsim" in its name, it serves only Hanwoo tenderloin. The lean, mild tenderloin is seared on the surface and eaten medium to keep the juices in. The meat is served one plate at a time, and there are almost no side dishes or rice dishes besides the meat.
