Jaeil Sotttukkeong is an old restaurant near Seomyeon Market in Busan that serves daegu ppol jjim, a braised cod head dish with broth, made from semi-dried cod. The cod is simmered in a jeongol style with bean sprouts, green onion, minced garlic and a spicy seasoning, and roe and goni can be added. The side dishes are eomuk bokkeum, miyeok julgi, danmuji and musaengchae. The dish has more broth than a jjim and less than a tang.
